Who Should Not Take Pulmozyme?

You should not take Pulmozyme if you are allergic to Pulmozyme, dornase alfa, or any inactive components used to make Pulmozyme. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients. Also, you should not take the drug if you are allergic to products containing the cells of Chinese hamster ovaries, since Pulmozyme is made using these cells.
